It was a fantastic trip and we enjoyed the trip. But coral island trip was cancelled due to bad weather and it was disappointed apart from that we enjoyed our trip.

Trip is over and we 04 travel together are back. During interaction with Advisor, I had shared my concern on working of TripFactory as a company in Hospitality/ Travel Service sector were shared. I am writing these points so that working can be improved and efficiency brought in the system.
1) Too much system driven approach was observed which in India in Service sector is not resorted. Trip Advisors are puppets for maximising for company by extracting as much as possible from the Client/ passenger/ Stake holder in the venture of trip.
2) Trip customisation done but at unseasonably high cost.
3) The total amount agreed with Trip Advisor if different than Total cost recorded by System then Advisor can assure you of final cost as agreed but system will show higher cost and payment schedule. Then final joke, ever after releasing advances and interim payments it is shocking to get Gentle Reminder (or one can call extortion reminder) showing payment due and funding charges @1% per Day and then weekly charges added. The Advisor shows his helplessness and humbly says NO FINANCING CHARGES will be levied in Final invoice. This is like Money Lenders threatening loan seekers. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED IF COMPANY IS TO PERFORM IN INDIA & with Senior persons of repute.
4) Even after providing the PAN CARD, PASSPORT Copy & Snap soft copy (tickets & hotel vouchers with TripFactory) we kept on getting reminder from Trip CARE as well as VISA section to fill the data of passengers online else they will not process the visa or documents to IT authorities. We replied to mail reminder that it should be done by your persons as all data with company but System will acknowledge the mail but next day again send the reminder mail without replying to your mail. Ultimately we had to fill in the online format & submit which could have been easily done by your staff. Vietnam visa was extended a day before departure but Bali online visa on arrival was left to customer to take care. Finally it was told that from India it can’t be done so take on arrival @US$25 each in cash. Although in 05 minutes on Indonesia web site I could apply and got visa with online payment. To keep the customers at ease (even if The cost of visa not included in package) the same should have been processed and cost demanded from us.

To conclude: The above points to be kept in view as a process of improvement and bring flexibility in dealing with human touch. The interacting with Teams on Telegram group was excellent, dealing persons cooperative and smooth flow of tours, guides & transport was there without interruption in same. The Hotels & facilities therein provided started on down side/ reducing from first hotel at Bali then Ho Cho Minh then Danang (no running restaurent in so called 4* hotel) & finally Hanoi. Actually the Hotels have also extended worse of their room (size & room layout in Hotel) for booking coming from Agents being prepaid and bargain prices which is to be taken care of by ground verification team. Overall Experience I would rate VERY GOOD against OUTSTANDING (which can be achieved by Trip Factory with little efforts & no additional cost to company/ customer).

Would appreciate action taken / feed back on my remarks which are for improvement.

Trip factory team supported well for my 5 day family trip to Singapore in Xmas period. Ms Aditya was single point of contact, she put her full effort to make my trip memorable. only suggestion is to strengthen the Telegram group response, While on tour. In holiday period, the responses have to be more faster and interactive. Thank you Trip factory team.

excellent hosting. Trip was well organized and timing of transport, food, and guides were excellent. Particularly, Mr Periyaraj took care of us at every day through calling/telegram,etc and ensured our trip goes successful. we enjoyed a lot and special thanks to Mr Raj. we definitely recommend to our relatives and friends.

The overall experience was good. The reception at Bali, driver allocated, the timing of the tour, was diligently planned and executed. However the site selection for each day tour could have been better.

The site of monkey forest could have been avoided instead other better sites could have been included. Except first day, third day out of 4 days, the other days were not very planned well. For example on 12th the entire schedule was only for 2 hours that is water sport and hence we were ideal for the entire day. On 14th again the Spa was planned for 2 hours and the rest of the day we had nothing else to do. Though we agreed to the plan but we had no idea about Bali and hence we largely depended on Tripfactory to advise us properly so that we could have spent more time in seeing other good spots in Bali.

The hotel was good however we expected a better deal.

Lastly We later learned that Delhi to Bali had direct flights which we could have discussed and taken instead of a long haul flight. Therefore in our next trip we expect you to plan accordingly.

The trip was planned in an good way. We didn't even got tired and every thing on itenary was smooth. Thanks for getting us this opportunity. Definitely it was worth it.

We booked our vacation through Trip Factory, it was our 1st international tour. Beautiful itinerary was prepared by Sheersh Choudhary which included of Bali swing, watersports, temples, Sunset Cruise, Nusa Penida Island beaches. He was very supportive and polite throughout the booking process and answered all our queries. The hotel was in the happening streets of Kuta with a huge pool and variety in breakfast. Sunset cruise was cherry on top, delicious dinner, amazing performances by crew and met lovely people aboard. The driver Sanjaya for all days was on time and transfers were smooth. Our guide/driver during Nusa Penida beach transfers Alex Maade made our day. He helped click very good memories for us. Even with the language barrier he managed to entertain us. Last day we were provided with the English speaking guide Udi who explained about their culture very nicely. Overall we were just amazed by how good our trip went. We did not face any challenges, ground staff was available to help us. Thankyou Sheersh and Trip Factory team for all the efforts taken. Looking forward to go on more amazing places with you. 🥰

Overall Experience was Excellent . Good Support from the day of enquiry of the holiday package till the final agreement . Response time was quick in providing option and also helped in Ticket Booking. I would recommend to go for ticket booking from this team as it is very competitive compare to online.
The Actual Trip support start 1 day before teh travel date, getting teh appropriate details required for Travel, Site Seeing and getting Government official approval. Provided Driver details one day in advance. Appreciate the follow-up of the team and response to our call . Provide good guidence. Also the itinerary is very detail and well defined all terms and condition.

Only one observation the driver from Bagdora to Gangtok , Driving was good, but sound bit un coperative.
The Driver for Darjeeling site seeing - Mr. Suraj and Mr. Dhiraj were very good on all aspects.

Hi TripFactory, We just started our return Journey to Home... It was a fantastic trip to Kerala. Taking back a lot of memories for life time... Though a little issue happened with hotel at kochi but a big thank to Annu madam and All members at TripFactory who arranged another one... Rest everything had gone very well throughout our Tour... Vehicle Driver Bhaiya Anupchandra was very well throughout the trip he was very cooperative, very well behaved and also very understanding at all the situation with us.
