Meghalaya is one of the most picturesque states of India, which serves as an ideal gateway for people in search of beauty and tranquility. The panoramic landscapes, foggy hills, cascading waterfalls, serpentine rivers, and terraced slopes soothe the minds of weary travellers.
Day 01: Arrival At Guwahati
Arrive Guwahati airport and drive to Shillong (140 kms / 4 hrs drive approx). Check-in Hotel and after refreshment time permits we visit Cathedral of Marry and evening roam the Shillong’s famous Police Bazar on foot. Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 02: Shillong – Cherrapunjee
After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (60 kms / 2 hrs drive approx). En route visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Cherrapunjee visit – Mawsmai Cave, Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sistersfalls and Nohkalikaifalls. After lunch at Cherrapunjee, visit Thankarang Park, Koh Ramhah and Khrem Falls. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.
Day 03: Cherrapunjee – Shillong
After breakfast local sightseeing in Cherrapunjee. Later drive back to Shillong. Later visit Ward’s Lake, Don Bosco Church. Overnight in Shillong.
Day 04: Departure From Shillong
After breakfast transfer to Guwahati airport.
