Visit Mattupetty Dam which offers many fascinating sights to relish. Besides the lush green tea plantations and the rolling grasslands, the Shola forests in and around Mattupetty are ideal for trekking and are habitat to a variety of birds. Later visit Kundala Dam - Kundala is a picturesque town located at the confluence of three mountain streams namely Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Day 3: Munnar To Thekkady (105 Kms/3-4 Hours)
After breakfast proceed to Thekkady. It is famous for its dense evergreen, semi-evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savanna grass lands. Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, home to nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more. Evening enjoy the boat cruise in the lake to watch wild animals. Day 4: Thekkady To Alleppey (135 Kms/3-4 Hours)
After breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed to Alleppey which has an immense natural beauty also known as the “Venice of the East” and it is famous for backwater cruising and boat race.
