About the tour
Badami formerly known as Vatapi, is a town and headquarters of a taluk by the same name, in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka, India. It was the regal capital of the Badami Chalukyas from 540 to 757 AD. It is famous for rock cut and other structural temples. It is located in a ravine at the foot of a rugged, red sandstone outcrop that surrounds Agastya lake.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01 : Arrive Badami
Arrive at Badami and check in at the hotel. Start for sightseeing and visit Banashankari Temple and Pattadkal. Evening return to Badami. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 : Depart From Badami - Aihole Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Visit Aihole and explore the Lad Khan Temples enroute to onward destination.
