Day 01: Arrival At Guwahati
Arrive Guwahati airport and transfer to Kaziranga (250 Kms / 5 hrs drives approx). Check in Hotel. Overnight in Kaziranga.
Day 02: Kaziranga Sightseeing Tour
After an early wake up, you will be taken to the riding point for an Elephant Ride. After the ride return back to the hotel after having breakfast at leisure. Afternoon enjoy the Park on a Jeep. Overnight at Kaziranga.
Day 03: Kaziranga To Shillong
After breakfast drive to Shillong (290 kms / 7 hrs drive approx). Check in at hotel. Overnight in Shillong.
Day 04: Shillong Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast you will be traveling to Cherrapunjee – the wettest place on the earth. En route visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Cherrapunjee visit – Mawsmai Cave, Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. After lunch at Cherrapunjee, visit Thankarang Park, Koh Ramhah and Khrem Falls.Drive back to Shillong for overnight.
Day 04: Shillong Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast you will be traveling to Cherrapunjee – the wettest place on the earth. En route visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Cherrapunjee visit – Mawsmai Cave, Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. After lunch at Cherrapunjee, visit Thankarang Park, Koh Ramhah and Khrem Falls.Drive back to Shillong for overnight halt.
Day 05: Shillong To Guwahati
After breakfast drive to Guwahati (110 Kms / 3 ½ hrs drive). Check in hotel. Later visit Kamakhya temple - it is situated at the top of the Nilachal Hill at about 800 feet above the sea level. There is also an Artists’ Village that creates the atmosphere of a typical Assamese community, the Lalit-Kala Bhavan art gallery where exhibitions, art and sculpture workshops are also held, a Heritage Park, an open-air theatre with the capacity to hold 2,000 people, a traditional Vaishnavite temple and the Sahitya Bhavan library of rare books and manuscripts. Overnight at Guwahati.
