Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Delhi To Shimla
Arrival at Delhi and drive to Shimla. On arrival at Shimla check into the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing
Shimla is one of the most popular hill resorts of North India and former summer capital of the British in India. Full day sightseeing tour of Shimla visiting Kufri, Himalayan Aviary, Jhaku Temple, Sankat Mochan, View Point and The Mall Road for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Shimla To Manali
Post breakfast check out and drive to Manali. Arrive at Manali and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Manali Sightseeing
Manali sightseeing tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashist Bath and Tibetan Monastery. Afternoon free at leisure and shopping. Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 5: Rohtang Pass Tour
Full day tour of Rohtang Pass. The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best. Take a sledge ride down the slopes, try your luck climbing the little snow hills. On the way back to Manali visit the Rahalla falls and Solang Valley. Return to the hotel for overnight stay at Manali.
Day 6: Manali To Dharamshala
After breakfast drive to Dharamshala. Arrive Dharamshala and check into the hotel. overnight at the Hotel.
Day 7: Dharamsala To Dalhousie
After breakfast visit Baijnath - the oldest existing Shiva temple in the country, War Memorial, Kangra Art Museum, Dal Lake, McLeodganj, St. Johns Church etc. Later depart to Dalhousie by Road. Arrive at Dalhousie and check into the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or optional visit to Chamba Valley known for its 8th century Laxminarayan temple and Bhuri Singh Museum which houses a rare collection of Kangra Paintings. overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Dalhousie Sightseeing
Full day sightseeing to Khajjiar, 18 kms from Dalhousie. It’s one of the most scenic saucer shaped Plateau and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. Its beauty has further been enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island and a 9 hole golf course. Return to Dalhousie and overnight stay at the hotel in Dalhousie.
Day 9: Dalhousie To Delhi Departure
After breakfast drive to Delhi for onward journey.
