- 21 to 15 days prior to date of arrival 50% of the invoice will be charged
- 7 days prior to date of arrival 100% of the invoice will be charged

- 38 days prior to arrival 100% of the invoice will be charged
- No Shows and Early Departures 100% of the invoice will be charged
