- Names provided at the time of Confirmation should match exactly as in Passport
- Passport Should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of return travel

- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel/resort.
- Extra night charges differ based on no. of guests staying and date of travel.
- CHRISTMAS Gala dinner on 24th Dec & NEW YEAR Gala dinner on 31st Dec Supplement charges would be applicable.
- A Minimum of 5 nights is required for all arrivals/departures during the period from 24th Dec '14 to 31st Dec 2014.
- Cancellation and No-Show Policy: ( applicable from 24 Dec 14 – 10 Jan 15):
- Less than 35 Days from the date of arrival - full cost for the stay will be charged
- Sea Plane Transfer Terms & Conditions:
- Seaplane transfers are closely aligned with guest’s international flights. However currently seaplanes are forbidden to fly between 1800hrs – 0600 and therefore any guests arriving after 1600 hrs will need to overnight in the airport hotel or in Male’.
- The sea planes have a maximum of 20kg per person luggage restriction – an excess luggage fee of US$4 per kg may be charged and is payable directly to Maldivian Air Taxi at check-in. The carrier does not guarantee to transport baggage on the same on the same flight as the passengers due to weight restrictions.
- For any reason if seaplane service provider fail to transfer guests, Medhufushi would not be responsible for lost nights, and or overnight accommodation in Male’, international airport or any other place. In case of delayed international flight arrival to the Maldives, It is the guest’s responsibility to talk to their international airline for refund and or cover it from travel insurance.
- For clients departing the resort where no transfer is available due force majeure, resort will endeavor its best to try to find alternative air/sea transportation in order to transfer guest to Male depending on prevailing weather conditions. In the event that this is not possible, resort will provide an additional night stay subject to availability. In the event that a guest room is not available the Resort reserves the right to provide an executive room, which is similar to a Beach Villa. It will be the
- responsibility of the Tour Operator/Agent to contact the airline for arrangements of alternative flights back to the client’s country of origin (ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY).
- Any additional charges levied by the airline will be the responsibility of the Guest or agents. The resort will not be responsible for any airline charges levied by the airlines for change of flight.
- Cancellation Policy during other Period:
- Less than 28 days- 40% of the invoice will be charged
- Less than 21 days- 60% of the invoice will be charged
- Less than 14 days- 85% of the invoice will be charged
- Less than 7 days No Shows - full cost for the stay will be charged
