About the tour
Diu town sits at the east end of the island. The northern side of the island, facing Gujarat, is tidal marsh and salt pans, while the southern coast alternates between limestone cliffs, rocky coves and sandy beaches. Sasan Gir is a great destination for birders too, with over 300 species, most of them resident. Ahmedabad is Gujarat’s major city and a startling metropolis with a long history, many remarkable buildings, a fascinating maze of an old quarter.

ExpandDay 1: Arrive Ahmedabad And Transfer To Diu
Arrive Ahmedabad in the morning and drive to Diu. Check in at Hotel. A beautiful blend of sun, sand and sea, Diu is a God’s gift to those in quest of a blessed land where the weary weight of this unintelligible world can, for a while, be lightened and the waking soul can hear the music of the nature. This tiny island of breeze , beauty and serenity situated off the southern tip of the Saurashtra (Kathiawad) peninsula of Gujarat, Lapped by the Arabian Sea, is a picture of calmness with superb beaches and fascinating history. Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay at Diu.
Day 2: Diu Sightseeing
Today after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of the city. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Diu.
Day 3: Diu To Sasangir
After breakfast proceed to Sasangir. Afternoon proceed for safari at Sasangir. ( optional) Overnight stay at Sasangir.
Day 4: Sasangir To Ahmedabad
After breakfast transfer to Ahmedabad and proceed for sightseeing. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
Day 5: Departure
