Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01: Arrival At Guwahati
Arrive Guwahati airport and drive to Manas (178 Kms / 4 Hrs drive) and check in to hotel. Over night in Manas.
Day 02: Manas Sightseeing Tour
Early morning explore the pristine beauty and wilderness of the jungle on the back of an elephant (for one hour) in the Bansbari range of the park. Afternoon go for a jeep safari in the most beautiful point of Manas National Park – Mathanguri. Overnight at Manas.
Day 03: Manas To Guwahati
After breakfast check out and drive back to Guwahati. Check in to hotel. Later visit Kamakhya temple – it is situated at the top of the Nilachal Hill at about 800 feet above the sea level. There is also an Artists’ Village that creates the atmosphere of a typical Assamese community, the Lalit-Kala Bhavan art gallery where exhibitions, art and sculpture workshops are also held, a Heritage Park, an open-air theatre with the capacity to hold 2,000 people, a traditional Vaishnavite temple and the Sahitya Bhavan library of rare books and manuscripts. Overnight at Guwahati.
Day 04: Departure From Guwahati
After breakfast transfer to Guwahati airport.
