Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/ Bagdogra Airport
Meet and greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri railway station/ Bagdogra airport and transfer to Darjeeling is one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world known as the Queen of the Hills. Evening free to explore this Hill queen. Overnight stay in the hotel at Darjeeling.
Day 2: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early Morning visit Tiger Hill famous for sunrise over Mount Kanchenzonga, on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountainerring Institute, Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetean Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view) and back to hotel for lunch. Overnight Stay in the hotel at Darjeeling.
Day 3: Darjeeling To Gangtok
Morning transfer to Gangtok via Peshok Tea Gardens along the river Teesta. Overnight stay in the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 4: Gangtok City Tour
After breakfast start half day city tour of Gangtok covering Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Do-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower show and cottage industry. Evening free for personal activities and shopping. Overnight stay in the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 5: Excursion To Tsomgo Lake
After breakfast excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Overnight stay in the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 6: Gangtok To Pelling
Transfer to Pelling. One can enjoy the spectacular eastern himalayan range from Pelling. Overnight Halt at Pelling.
Day 7: Pelling Sightseeing
After breakfast start for full day sight seeing which includes Pemayangtse Monastery, Rimbi Falls, and Kanchenjunga falls, Khecheopalri Lake. Overnight Halt at Pelling.
Day 8: Departure To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/ Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station/ Bagdogra airport for return journey.
