About the tour
Gangtok is a municipality, the capital and the largest town of the Indian state of Sikkim. It also is the headquarters of the East Sikkim district. Gangtok is located in the eastern Himalayan range, at an altitude of 1,650 m. The town's 100 thousand population belongs to different ethnicity such as Nepali, Lepchas and Bhutia. Nestled within higher peaks of the Himalaya and enjoying a year-round mild temperate climate, Gangtok is at the center of Sikkim's tourism industry.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport
Meet and greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri railway station / Bagdogra airport and transfer to Darjeeling is one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world. Evening free to explore this Hill Queen. Overnight Halt at Darjeeling.
Day 2: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early Morning at visit Tiger Hill famous for sunrise over Mount Kanchendzonga, on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refuge Center (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and back to hotel for lunch. Overnight halt at Darjeeling.
Day 3: Darjeeling To Gangtok
Morning transfer to Gangtok via Peshok Tea gardens along the River Teesta. Overnight stay in the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 4: Gangtok Sightseeing
After breakfast excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Overnight stay in the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 5: Departure To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport
Morning free for packing and personal activities. After breakfast, transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station / Bagdogra airport for return journey with sweet memories of Tibet tours and Travels.
