Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival To Bagdogra Airport
On arrival Bagdogra airport , transfer to Gangtok. The Capital city of Sikkim”. On arrival check into your hotel. Evening enjoy the beauty of Gangtok from M.G.marg and nearby areas. Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 2: Excursion To Tsomgo Lake And Baba Mandir
Enjoy a warm breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a full day excursion to Changu Lake which is 35 kms from Gangtok.The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains. Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the color of the lake’s waters. Also visit Baba Mandir (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing). Rest overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok City Tour
After breakfast proceed for a city tour by visiting Banzakhri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Flower show, Dro-dul Chorten and Institute of Tibetology. Evening free for shopping and other activities. Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 4: Departure To Bagdogra / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bagdogra / New Jalpaiguri for your onward journey with sweet memories of Sikkim and Gangtok.
