Gangtok is now a very popular place in terms of tourism and has seen many hospitals and monastery that one needs to visit during the visit. Gangtok is also the largest city in Sikkim nestled within the peaks of the Himalaya.
Here is how you will spend your time
Day 01 : Arrival At Bagdogra Airport/ Railway Station
Early Morning (07:00 am) - Drive from Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok - 120 Kms,
Travel time: 5 – 6 hours.
Evening free to visit M G Road Market.
Night stay at Gangtok.
Day 02 : Sightseeing
Early Morning (07:30 am) - Changu (Tsomgo) Lake and Baba Mandir Photographs (2 each) and Photo copy of ID proofs (Aadhar Card and PAN Card are not
permissible) of all
guests travelling, are required for processing of permit.
Note: In case trip to Changu (Tsomgo) Lake & Baba Mandir is not possible due to Road or
conditions alternate sightseeing option to South Sikkim (Namchi) would be provided.
