Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Ahmedabad Later Proceed To Jamnagar
On arrival at Ahmedabad Airport/Railway station, transfer to Jamnagar. On arrival check into the hotel. In the afternoon visit Lakhota Lake and Lakhota Museum and Bala Hanuman Temple. Evening is free for shopping. Overnight Stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Jamnagar To Dwarka
After breakfast proceed to the sacred town of Dwarka. Visit Dwarkadeesh Temple and Gomti Ghat. In the afternoon take a trip to Bet Dwarka, visit Old Temple of Krishna. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Stay At Dwarka
Attend early morning aarti at Dwarkadhish temple. Have breakfast and thereafter visit Bet Dwarka and Nageshwar Jyotirling. Also known as Bet Shankhoddar, Bet Dwarka is only 5 kms from Okha Junction in sea and Okha is 30 kms from Dwarka. It is said to be the place where Lord Krishna lived with his family when the ruled at Dwarka. It is also the place where Vishnu slew the demon Shankhasura. Visitors make it a point to visit the Krishna temple at this site which holds much of interest to be seen and experienced. The Puranas mention 12 Jyotirlingas or columns of light representing Lord Shiva, who manifested himself in that form in different parts of India. Rukmani Temple - Lord Krihsna’s wife. Day 4: Dwarka En-route Visit Somnath Later Proceed To Sasan Gir
In the morning depart to Somnath, visit Bhalka Tirth and Somnath Temple. After breakfast proceed to Sasangir. Sasangir is the home of the Asiatic Lion. Visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya (during Rain sanctuary will be closed) Later proceed to Junagadh. The ancient city has many eye catching monuments which reminds its great history. Later visit Uperkot Fort, Ashok Rock Edict, Mahabat Makabara and Junagadh Museum. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Stay At Sasan Gir
Leisure and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6: Sasan Gir To Diu
After breakfast proceed to beach town Diu. Visit St. Paul's Church, Diu Museum and Diu Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Stay At Diu
Full day enjoy the beach activity and day visit of Diu. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 8: Ahmedabad Departure
After breakfast check out from the hotel. Drive to Ahmedabad Railway station or Airport.
