Chail – The summer capital of the former princely state of Patiala. Chail famous for cricket ground was built in 1893 after leveling out the top of a hill. After Breakfast proceed for Manali sightseeing visit – Haddimba Temple – Manali has many attractions but the chief Centre of interest, historically and archeologically, is undoubtedly the Dhoongri Temple dedicated to goddess Haddimba. It has four tiered Pagoda shaped roof and the doorway is carved with legendary figures and symbols. Vashist Kund – A small village located on the left bank of river Beas. It is renowned natural hot Sulphur spring with two separate bathing tanks for gents & ladies. Nearby is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashist Muni. Established in 1854 by the British Empire in India as a summer retreat for its troops and bureaucrats, the town was named after Lord Dalhousie who was the British Viceroy in India at that time.
