- Tour programmes booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to the following charges :
- a) Booking done and cancelled 33% of the rate
- b) 7 days prior : 50% of the rate
- c) before 34 hours : 75% of the rate
- d) less than 24 hours : 100%
