Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
Meet upon arrival to our representative and transfer to Srinagar Houseboat. Afternoon, sightseeing of Mughal Gardens, visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) was built by Asif Khan, brother-in-law of Jahangir in 1632 AD and Shalimar Bagh built by Jahangir for his wife empress Noor Jahan. All the gardens are situated on of the banks of the famous Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. Overnight stay in Srinagar Houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar To Gulmarg
After breakfast, check out of the houseboat at Srinagar and proceed to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is located at an average elevation of 2,690 m (8,825 ft). Spend the day witnessing the picturesque locales like the Golf Course (Golf kit and caddy charges optional and extra). Also take the exhilarating cable car ride to Khilanmarg Snow Point (Gondola ride up to Khilanmarg is not included in the package and Gondola ride strongly depends on weather conditions). Enjoy dinner and have a comfortable overnight stay. Gulmarg is located at an average elevation of 2,690 m (8,825 feet). Overnight stay in hotel at Gulmarg.
Day 3: Gulmarg To Pahalgam
After Breakfast, drive to Pahalgam (The valley of Shepherds).The total distance is about 148 kms will be covered in about 03 hours , En-route, visiting the saffron fields of Pampore, Awantipora ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Lalitaditya) and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Drive through Pine forests. Arrive at Pahalgam and enjoy Lidder stream. Later walk along trails with a magnificent view of the mountains. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 4: Pahalgam To Srinagar
After breakfast, check out of the hotel in Pahalgam and proceed to Srinagar. On arrival, begin your excursion to Shankaracharya Hill Temple and Grand Mughal Gardens (Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh). Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at Srinagar hotel.
Day Trip Of Sonmarg
After breakfast, Proceed For Sonmarg Full day excursion to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold). The distance of 83 kms will be covered in about 03-04 hours. Sonamarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting trek to the high altitude Himalayan Lakes. Late evening return back to Srinagar. Overnight Stay in Srinagar Hotel.
Day 6: Departure From Srinagar
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for onward flight. Get back to home with sweetest memories.
