Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrive At Srinagar - Gulmarg
Arrive at Srinagar (5000+ ft asl) and transfer to Gulmarg (50 kms - 1.5 hrs - 8000+ ft asl). Enjoy close range snow-peak views. Walking to local markets in the evening.
Day 2: Gulmarg Gondola Visit Possible Excursion To Khilanmarg
Go for famous Gondola Ride (Cable Car. Online booking in advance is recommended), Asia's highest and longest cable car. Its a two-stage rope-way. The first stage transfers from Gulmarg to Kongdoori Station. The second stage takes skiers to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft). The timing of the Gondola is 10 AM to 5 PM (It's highly dependent upon the weather at both stages). Return in the afternoon to enjoy Pony ride and walking around the area or visit Khilanmarg (a picnic spot nearby) a fragrant valley, full of color and charm).
Day 3: Gulmarg - Sonamarg
Transfer to Sonamarg (135 kms - 4.5 hours). Guests interested in activities may take a 12 kms detour enroute from Ganderbal towards Manasbal lake for water-sports. A visit to Khir-Bhawani temple and Naranag temples en-route around Ganderbal is possible.
Day 4: Excursions / Walks / Treks Around Sonamarg
Possible walks around the area / day trekking to one of the high altitude lake or enjoy stunning snow peak views around the area. Thajwas Glacier visit is also recommended.
Day 5: Sonamarg - Pahalgam
Transfer to Pahalgam (180 kms - 7 hours). En-route visit Matrand Sun Temple. On arrival walk around the area to local markets, time permitting.
Day 6: Pahalgam Sightseeing
Undertake sightseeing around Pahalgam to spots like Baisaran, Tulian Lake, Chandanwari (16 kms - 8000+ ft asl - close range views) where you can find snow even in summer, Betaab Valley and Aru Valley etc.
Day 7: Walking / Trekking / Rafting Around Pahalgam
Enjoy white water rafting (possible in Summer) OR walk around the riverside or undertake day trek. Back by late evening.
Day 8: Pahalgam - Srinagar Enroute Visit Avantipur Ruins
Transfer to Srinagar (100 kms - 4 hours). Enroute visit Avantipur ruins. Visit Dal Lake and enjoy the Shikara ride in the evening. Time permitting visit local markets.
Day 9: Sightseeing In Srinagar
Day sightseeing in Srinagar visiting Mughal Gardens (Chesmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar), Jama Masjid, Shankaracharya Temple, Hari Parbat etc.
Day 10: Visit Local Markets, Spend More Time On Dal Lake, Explore Local Cuisine
A day where guests can explore on their own. Visit local markets for shopping, spend more time on Dal lake on shikara rides and exploring local cuisine are possible options.
Day 11: Departure
Depart for the onward journey.

Expand- 3.09% Govt service tax is chargeable extra. Additional Kms above 1100 kms would be charged @ Rs.7 per km payable direct at the end of the trip. Any extra meals at the hotels.
