Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Cochin To Munnar
You are greeted on arrival at Kochi International Airport / Railway station by Kerala Namasthe representative and thereafter drive to Munnar hills (130 kms / 4 hrs). Enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so difficult to describe. On arrival check in to the Hotel and relax. Overnigt stay at hotel.
Day 02 : Munnar Sightseeing
Morning sightseeing in Munnar which includes Mattupetty, Eco-Point, Tea Museum, Pothamedu etc. You can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional). Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Munnar To Thekkady
Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 3.5 hrs through cardamom hills. Check into the Resort. After lunch visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate etc. On the way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4: Thekkady To Alleppey
Today morning after breakfast proceed to Alleppey, known as the Venice of the East. On arrival check into a Traditional Houseboat of Kerala Style and cruise through the backwaters is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Stay overnight in Houseboat - Deluxe A/c.
Day 5: Alleppey To Kovalam
Today morning after breakfast disembark houseboat and drive to Kovalam. On arrival check in to the Resort. Evening free to relax at the Beach. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6: Trivandrum Sightseeing And Return To Kovalam
Today morning after breakfast you can go for the sightseeing of Trivandrum [The Capital of Kerala]. Here you can see the 260 year old Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, covers an area of 2400 sq Km, Puthan Maliga Palace Museum [200 year old Palace of the Travancore Maharaja's], Napier Museum [Which has an electric display of bronzes, Zoo, temple carts, Ivory carvings etc.] and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Evening relax at Resort and Overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Drop To Cochin
Morning after breakfast departure transfer to Cochin Airport/ Railway station.
