About the tour
Manali in the Beas River Valley is a hill station nestled in the mountains of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh near the northern end of the Kullu Valley. It is located about 270 km (168 mi) north of the state capital, Shimla. Manali lies in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh state of India. It has become a tourist spot in recent years.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1 : Arrive - Manali
On arrival pick up from Manali and transfer to hotel in Manali for dinner and overnight .
Day 2 : Manali - Sarchu (222 Km)
Early morning drive to Serchu, driving across Rohtang Pass (13050 ft) and passing through Keylong, Jispa and Dracha and then cross the Baralacha Pass (16020 ft) to arrive at Serchu in the late afternoon. Overnight in fixed camp at Serchu for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 : Sarchu - Leh (255 Km)
After early breakfast leave for Leh en-route crossing Nakeela and Lachalung-la Pass (16,617 ft.). Break for lunch at Pang and then drive on towards Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (a vast plateau stretching for 42 kms) and then crossing Taglang-La (17,585ft) and driving through the upper Indus Valley. Reach Leh by evening. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight .
Day 4 : Leh Local Sightseeing
After leisurely breakfast, visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery and Stok Palace Museum. Afternoon visit Shanti Stupa. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight .
Day 5 : Leh - Nubra Valley
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area. Later check into a fixed camp in the same area or drive across to Deskit for dinner and overnight stay in a camp.
Day 6 : Nubra Valley - Leh
In the morning visit / explore Deskit , Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive back to Leh, reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight .
Day 7: Leh - Pangong Lake Excursion - Leh
Full day excursion to Pangong Lake (approx. 300 kms round trip, located on the Indo-China Border), enroute crossing the Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft.). After sightseeing around the lake, drive back to Leh reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Overnight in hotel. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight .
Day 8 : Departure Leh
Leave on time for Leh airport to board your flight back home.

Expand- Airfare to and from Leh. Any kind of bus or rail fare. Personal and medical insurance. Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone call etc. Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral, soft or hard and starters.) Monastery entrance fees, camera fee, and monument guide services Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Inclusion”. Adventure activity like Rafting, Camel Safari, Mountain Biking, Motor Biking etc. Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason. The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary. Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons eg. due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown or any natural calamities.

- IMPORTANT: Please note that the nationals/citizens of CHINA / TAIWAN / AFGHANISTAN / BANGLADESH / PAKISTAN / SRI LANKA / BURMA are not allowed to visit restricted areas in Ladakh region. Hence these packages are not applicable for these nationals.
- In case the booking is for a group of more tan 8 travelers, the cancellation charges may be up to the total cost of the package.
