Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival At Cochin And Transfer To Munnar

On arrival pick up from Cochin airport. There after drive towards Munnar. On arrival, check into the hotel and take rest. Enjoy the picturesque landscape of Munnar. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing which includes Photo Point, Mattupetty Dam ( Optional Boat ride), Echo Point (The natural Echo phenomenon is always happening here), Shooting Point , Kundale Lake. On second half visit Tea Museum ( Monday Closed ) and Blossom Park. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3: Munnar To Thekkady

After breakfast start driving towards Periyar/Thekkady. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Rest of the day free for own activities. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4: Thekkady To Cochin

After breakfast drive to Cochin. Check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Fort Cochi. Walk and see the suspended Chinese fishing nets, which were introduced by traders from the court of Kublai Khan in the 14th century. Kochi fishermen still use these fishing nets to earn their livelihoods. Continue your stroll down to St Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. Next, see Santa Cruz Basilica, one the largest and most impressive churches in India. Finish your tour at Mattancherry Palace. It was built by the Portuguese and presented to the Raja of Kochi in 1555. The palace is famous for its stunning murals portraying scenes from Hindu tales, such as the Ramayana and Mahabharata. Next door is the Paradesi (also called Pardesi) Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in South India. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 5: Departure Cochin

Today drop to Cochin airport for departure.
