  • 5. Check in 1400 Hrs. Check out 1200 Hrs.
  • 6. Any Cancellation/ Amendment 14 Days or less prior to arrival date shall draw full stay as retention.
  • 7. A 10% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the
  • payment is received for the same.
  • 8. Should there be any revision in taxes as per Govt. norm, the revised taxes will be applicable on the above rates.
  • CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY :
  • The Hotel has limited Extra beds and the same will be provided subjected to availability
  • The hotel has very limited TWIN bed rooms.
  • In special case separate Duvet can be provided in a King size bed.
  • The hotel has very limited set of Inter-Connecting rooms and will be provided subject to availability
  • In Club Rooms, Extra Bed or Mattress is NOT provided.
  • Club Suite has a Sofa Cum Bed, which can accommodate one extra adult (Suite has only one Bathroom). Meals will be additional
  • Extra Bed Charges would be INR 1500 + 19.92% Tax per room per night. (Only one Extra bed allowed per room)
  • One Child below the age of 5 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel as per applicable package.
  • One Child between 5 - 12 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed. Food Supplement will be extra.
  • Buffet Meal Supplement Charges are as follows ( 5 years and above)
  • Breakfast Inclusive Package : INR 500+ 19.44%Tax per person per night
  • Breakfast and Lunch Inclusive Package: INR 1200+19.44% per person per night

  • The Garden View Rooms are away from the main block, however buggy service is available.
  • The beach is partly exclusive but cannot be labeled as Private.
  • For Tennis/ Badminton/ Archery /Yoga prior appointment is recommended.
  • Should a guest wants to change from CP to AP package on Check- in, an additional supplement would be INR 2500
  • + Tax per night for two people.
  • Some of the value additions in the packages (Spa treatment, Salon etc) are not applicable for extra person.
