Srinagar Houseboat with Pahalgam and Gulmarg - Standard

Upon arrival at Srinagar, meet our representative and take a round to Srinagar old city and later transfer to the hotel or houseboat. Spend the day at leisure on Boulevard Road which is one of the most famous road in Srinagar for tourists and is situated around the Dal Lake surrounded by Zabarwan mountain ranges. After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds). The total distance is about 96 kms, will be covered in about 3 hours. En-route, visiting the saffron fields of Pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman) and enjoy the beautiful countryside.Drive through the pine forests. Arrive at Pahalgam and enjoy Lidder stream. Later walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains. Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast enjoy full day at the “Valley of Shepherds”. In Pahalgam enjoy the nature and admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings. One can also enjoy a pony ride to nearby places like Chandanwadi (on a direct hire basis) or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage.

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers”. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view en route from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Known as Gondola (on direct pay basis). After breakfast get ready to enjoy world famous cable car ride (Gondola at additional cost). The two r stage ropeway feries about 600 peop[e per hour to and fro from kongdori mountain,a shoulde of nearby Affarwat peak (13,780 ft) .You can also try skiing at your own cost .Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world evening return to hotel for overnight stay.

After Breakfast check out from Hotel and proceed towards sonamarg which is one of the beautifull drive from Gulmarg ,Sonamarg is last stop of kashmir District.From Here starts the territory of Ladakh.Situated at an altitude of 2743 m above sea level,Sonamarg is absolutely true to its name,which means (Meadow Of Gold) The moment you enter sonamarg the first thing that you will notice will be the snow covered mountain that forms the backdrop of town.Covered with alpine tree all the sides, Sonmarg has few of the loveliest flower collection in Kashmir. Return back to Gulmarg in the evening for overnight stay.
