About the tour
Darjeeling is located in the Shivalik hills of the lower range of the Himalayas. Like most other hill stations in India, the British developed Darjeeling as a respite from the summer heat in the plains. The British loved the town for the complete rejuvenation package that it offered - serene atmosphere, view of the snowline, scented pines and a golden colored brew called the Darjeeling tea.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01 : Arrival At Bagdodra To Darjeeling
Meet & Greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri / IXB & transfer to Darjeeling is one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world. Evening free to explore this Hill queen. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02 : Sightseeing Tour Of Darjeeling
Early Morning at 0400 AM visit Tiger Hill ,famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga,on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast proceed for visit 7 points, covering The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & PNZ Zoological Park (both closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Self Help Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda & Ropeway ( operational, ropeway ride cost to be paid by guest directly ). Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 : Darjeeling To Kalimpong
After breakfast proceed to Kalimpong. Check in at the hotel, Start for sightseeing, Visit The Dello, Flower / Orchid Nursery, Dr. Grahams Home, Mangal Dham and Buddhist monastery, Back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04 : Kalimpong To Gangtok
After breakfast transfer to Gangtok. Check in into hotel, Afternoon start half day sightseeing, covering The Rumtek Monastery, Botanical Garden, Do-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology ( Closed on Sunday), Flower Show, Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms (Closed on Sunday) & Cable Car ( Own Ticket ), Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 : Excursion Visit Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
A day excursion to Tsomgo Lake - situated at a height of 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft & Baba Mandir - The shrine maid in memory of sepoy Harbahajan Sing. Evening free. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06 : Departure From Bogdodra
Morning free for packing & personal activities. After breakfast transfer to New Jalpaiguri or IXB Airport for return journey.

Terms and Conditions
Expand- Nathula Pass visit is only possible on Wednesday , Thursday, Friday , Saturday & Sunday with prior permission obtained 48 hrs in advance as per defense regulation Nathula is not advisable to guest having problem with blood pressure, knee and heart. Since Nathula is a restrict area any time army can seal for security reasons. In such case tour will only be till Tsomgo Lake
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked
- All prevailing state and Government taxes applicable on accommodation and transport. In case of any hike in the taxes a surcharge will be applicable
- Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the same is not available, then the best similar category will be provided
- The tour cost is not refundable at any cause, once tour starts
- The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes/detour or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band and security reason
