About the tour
The Himalayan range is home to the Planet's highest peaks, including the highest, Mount Everest. The town of Pelling is famous for it's magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains of Kanchenjunga and its ranges it has a rich history, nature environment and local culture. Gangtok rose to prominence as a popular Buddhist pilgrimage site after the construction of the Enchey Monastery in 1840. In 1894, the ruling Sikkimese Chogyal, Thutob Namgyal, transferred the capital to Gangtok.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Pelling
On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport will be meet by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Pelling. overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Full Day Sightseeing To Pelling
Full day sightseeing tour covering Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Hydel project, Khecheopalri Lake and Kanchenjunga Falls. Back to hotel for lunch. After lunch, cover Changey Falls, Singsor Bridge and Dentam Village (includes Alpine Cheese Factory). Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Pelling To Gangtok
Transfer for Gangtok. Rest of the day at leisure and Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4: Excursion To Tsomgo Lake And Baba Mandir
Full day excursion to Tsomgo Lake ( timing will depend on the issuance of Permit ) situated at a height of 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft and Baba Mandir .The shrine made in memory of sepoy Harbhajan Singh. Back to Gangtok and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5: Gangtok To Lachung
After breakfast pick up from hotel at Gangtok and transfer to Lachung ( timing will depend on the issuance of Permit ) Via Phodong, Mangan, Singik Chungthang and Maltim. Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 6: Excursion To Yumthang Valley
Early Morning visit Yumthang Valley ( Famous as Valley of variety of Rhododendron ). Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the yaks and winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch. Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 7: Lachung To Gangtok
After Breakfast transfer to Gangtok. Rest of the day free for own activities and overnight stay at hotel .
Day 8: Gangtok Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for 03 Points. Hanuman Talk, Ganesh Talk and Tashi View Point. Later covering The Rumtek Monastery, Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms(Closed On Sunday), Do-drul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology (Closed On Sunday). Overnight stay at hotel
Day 9: Departure To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport
Transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra airport, for onward connection. Tour Ends.
