About the tour
Kaziranga is a vast expanse of tall elephant grass, marshland and dense tropical moist broad leaf forests, crisscrossed by four major rivers, including the Brahmaputra and the park includes numerous small bodies of water. Kaziranga has been the theme of several books, songs and documentaries.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Guwahati
Meet and assist by The Cat Holidays representative at the Guwahati Airport or Railway Station and transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of "One Horned Rhinoceros". Check in at your hotel. Evening free for leisure or explore the local market. Overnight stay in Kaziranga. .
Day 2: Kaziranga National Park
Early morning explore any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of Elephant i.e. Elephant Safari (Optional). Afternoon around 01.45 PM you have Jeep Safari in Central range. Evening at leisure. Optional Bihu Dance could be organized on request. Note: Jungle Safari in Kaziranga National Park officially starts from 1st November. Overnight in Kaziranga.
Day 3: Kaziranga Elephant Safari
- Today you could go for Elephant Safari (Optional) early morning which starts at 5.30 AM and 6.30 AM in both central range ‘Kohora’ and western range ‘Bagori’. Later come back hotel for breakfast.
- After breakfast get your packaged lunch and go for the eastern range ‘Agoratoli’. Evening free at leisure or explore the area at your own observing the nature’s beauty of its own. Overnight in Kaziranga.
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, return back to Guwahati Airport or Railway station for your departure. Your tour ends here with pleasant memories.
Exclusions
Expand- Any Air/Train Fare Alcohol or any kind of beverages Elephant Safari charges (Rs 550/- per person) Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity. Mineral/soft/hard drinks. Anything that is not mentioned in the “Cost Includes” part. Insurance. (The Cat Holidays recommends to have travel insurance at an extra cost. Please check with our customer service team) Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. Meals other than specified in the inclusions. Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in inclusions. Entrance fees to Monuments and Guide charges. Surcharges applicable during Festival, Peak Season & Special Events. Porter Charges. Camera Charges. Boating. Tips & any other expenses not mentioned in Tour Itinerary. Any Increase/ Changes in the taxes levied by Govt. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

- On arrival of guest at Airport our executive will be there with the PLA – CARD at Exit Gate on the Airport. Railway Station.
- The tourism infrastructure in North East is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of other cities & other developed destinations.
- We request guests to contact our executive in case of any complaint/suggestions instead of asking driver to follow according to their wish.
- On arrival of guests or at the time of issuing travel voucher, we will provide them local contact numbers of our Executive, who will handle the entire Operation.
- Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back.
- If for any reason any tourist spot is closed we shall not cover it on next day and if guest wants to do the same on next day then additional cost to be paid by the guests.
- If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be inform to our executive previous day of the schedule program before 16:00 hrs after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 16:00 hrs. It will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for the re-schedule the sightseeing.
- Guest pleased is informed to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our Executive.
- Before 60 Days of Commencement Charges 25% on the Total Amount
- Before 59 - 31 Days 30% Cancellation Charges of Total Amount
- Before 30 – 15 Days of Commencement 50% Cancellation Charges of Total Amount
- Before 14 - 7 Days of Commencement 75% Cancellation Charges of Total Amount
- Less than 7 Days of Commencement no refund
- The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged by the third party service provider.
- If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel Arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any Circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
