  • Cancellation of a booking 10 days prior to Check in will attract 25% retention of the Total Amount
  • Cancellation of a booking 5 days prior to Check in will attract 50% retention of the Total Amount
  • Cancellation of a booking 3 days prior to Check in will attract 100% retention of the Total Amount
  • Any Cancellation of a confirmed booking will have a 10% Cancellation charges for any credit card payment irrespective of the Date of Cancellation prior to check in date
  • Prior reservation is necessary and an official reservation request should be sent to our sales office
  • The above rates are only applicable, if the reservation is made with the hotel sales office directly and not through any other travel agent or website
  • Rooms will be confirmed subject to availability
  • All guests should be carrying a valid hotel voucher
  • Clear indication of payment should be mentioned on the hotel voucher upon or before guest?s arrival or should be intimated to the reservation department, along with the reservation request
