Terms and Conditions
- Names provided at the time of Confirmation should match exactly as in Passport
- Passport Should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of return travel
- Reservation is subject to availability & Rates are subject to change.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel/resort.
- Extra night charges differ based on no. of guests staying and date of travel.
- CHRISTMAS Gala dinner on 24th Dec & NEW YEAR Gala dinner on 31st Dec Supplement charges would be applicable.
- Transfers:
- Flight details: to be advised 5 days prior to arrival to arrange transfers. If not, the resort will not be responsible in case, the clients have a long wait at the airport for transfers or if clients do not get transfers on arrival and would have to stay overnight in the Male city or at the Airport hotel for the next days flight.
- Cancellation:
- Within 28 days prior to client?s arrival: 35% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Within 21 days prior to client?s arrival: 60% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Thereafter- 100% of the invoice will be charged.
- No Shows and early departures 100% of the invoice will be charged
