Baijnath Temple is located at a distance of 16 km from Palampur is one of the chief attractions of the region. This temple was established in 1204 A.D by regional merchants, named Ahuka and Manyuka.  Images of several Gods and Goddesses are carved on the outer walls of the shrine. Moreover, outer doorway is beautifully decorated with images of deities and religious inscriptions.
