About

One step inside the precincts of this temple by the banks of Ranmal Lake and you lose yourself to the aura of divinity here. With the continuous chanting of Ram Dhun (the popular devotional Hindi song, Sri Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Jai Ram) since August 1, 1964, it has carved a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. One of the most revered saints of the region, Shri Prembhikshuji Maharaj started with the tradition of continuous chanting that hasn't stopped ever since. Natural disasters like earthquakes and cyclone couldn't harm the temple, and it's considered as nothing less than a divine intervention. Evenings are the best time to visit the temple, as regular prayers take hues of a mesmerising ritual with evening aarti.
