Opened in March 2010, the Bistro Ça Va reached the busy street Captain Rebelinho in Boa Viagem, with a different proposal, which the client can assemble the dish, according to the taste itself, and be sure to enjoy ample food prices accessible. Signed by the chef Carla Chakrian, the lunch and dinner menus were executed with the intent to provide a feeling of lightness to the client, even in recipes with more personality, leading, for example, the duck. Sophisticated and cozy, the environment has an illumination that values understated design, signed by architects Fernanda Antunes and Milena Sotero, the FM architecture. The setting was designed to take advantage of the daylight and at night, become a local environment. The decor, a mix between rustic and modern, has pieces of Brazilian artists and Sueli Isnaldo Reis, who performed exclusively for the restaurant, respectively, the wall and the pieces of clay walls and fixtures, one of the trademarks of bistro.
