"Cacio Vino Trallallà" aims to attract the people of Florence, not just tourists, and serve fresh 0 food-miles produce on the table, respecting the sequence of the seasons. We focus on selected wines and new artisan beers, speciality cheeses and cured meats and sausages made exclusively from Cinta Senese pork, particular selections of honey and tea, vinegar and fruit compotes, organic jams and homemade cakes and desserts.
