Established in 1993, Cork City's Cafe Paradiso is a wonderful, vegetarian eatery. Ground breaking in its early years, Paradiso has now become something of an iconic institution in the Cork dining scene and the wider and Irish food culture. It is open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner, and Friday and Saturday for lunch. Since it opened, Cafe Paradiso's cooking has evolved into a unique, mature and personal style, resulting in the publication of four celebrated cookbooks.
