A kitchen balanced, not heavy, based on local ingredients and traditions but reinterpreted in an excellent manner. Great selection of wines. The service is fast, discreet and elegant enough without resulting in mannerism. The price is absolutely appropriate for the level of the restaurant, in fact the bill was not so salty.High quality food presented very well, very attentive and friendly, the wine list extensive and complete.
