Centre Point can be recommended for almost everything. had to buy a cheap phone and SIM card and received such good service from the Digi supplier there. Borneo Tropical Holidays have a service centre and the Oasis Internet cafe is open long hours. The vegetarian outlet in the food hall downstairs is cheap and really good.. There is a supermarket, a department store, endless DVD and clothes shops and great food. ,banks and ATMs, electrical outlets (for the plug adaptors you'll need). It's central for everything and a great place to find taxis. It's just a short walk to Warisan Square (an expensive shopping centre) and The Waterfront (the best place to eat and drink with a huge array of bars and restaurants).
