Flame & Grill is a popular eatery on the fourth floor of the busy South City Mall and there's another one at the Mani Square Mall. The third one on Park Street, at the time of going to press, was undergoing renovation. They are known for their unique kebab-and-biryani buffets, and the unlimited spread. The innovation starts on your table with live tandoor set up - unlimited kebabs are served on skewers for your culinary pleasure. The menu changes every day, but you can choose from Ajwaini Fish Tikka, Tandoori Mushrooms, Methi Jhinga, Chilli Mountain Prawns, Hariyali Chooza Kebab and Peppered Crabs. They have a decent veggie spread as well: Paneer Patiala, Achari Aloo or Pickled Half Grilled Potatoes, Charmoula Barbecue Paneer and Veg Hara Bhara Kebab. The kebabs come with a variety of North Indian staples like Chicken Biryani, Dal Makhni, paneer and vegetable preparations. Restaurant closing hours: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
