Chinese restaurants do tend to opt for the 'more is more' philosophy, but even among the big servers, Four Seasons is rather exceptional. Opt for the imperial banquet (for two believe it or not) then watch your face sink (and your belly grow) as at least a dozen king-sized dishes are wheeled out and piled on a table straining to keep its composure.
