Located inside the Guardian Peak Wine, which is a part of the famous Ernie Els Winery, the Guardian Peak restaurant is a fine facility for tourists to dine at, while on a visit to the winery. It overlooks the picturesque locale of hills and vast landmass of greenery and serves traditional Cape cuisine from the prix fixe menu. Needless to say, the wines served before the food are from the estate itself, thus providing a perfect start to fine dining. The rest of the dinner consists of appetizers dipped in cheese and cream along with the main course of risotto, trifle, soufflé and steaks.
