Idli Sambar - This is a delicious combination of Idli and Sambar but the resultant thing is totally different. Since the idlis are put in a bowl with steaming sambar poured over them, the aroma and spicy effect is really marvellous. And they charge less than Rs. 20.00 for the whole thing. Bisi Bisi....Idli-Vade-Sambar ..yummm..any SouthIndian (..probably most Indians) would not deny this combination breakfast. Bisi Bisi=Hot Hot ; For those who don't understand I-V-S = steamed rice cake - doughnut- lentil curry :)
I made thatte idlis (plate idlis) which are very popular in some parts of Karnataka & this would participate in SWC-Karnataka event.
