Janpath

Janpath is a major north-south thoroughfare in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Either downtown is still the prime centre of the city. Though, its extent has expanded to include adjoining areas of Rajpath, Shahid Nagar, Karavel Nagar, Ashok Nagar, etc. It is also close to the main gateways, railway and bus station and airport. The city had also steered its earlier growth, like location of hotels and shopping outlets. The state's secretariat, the principal administrative hub, is also located here. This is the area which hardly ever goes to sleep.
