Kababs and Kurries is probably the most formal restaurant so far to open its doors at the new Souk at Central Market, and its sleek furnishings, high ceilings and grown-up crowd already set it apart from its more casual neighbours. A large window lets diners look into the kitchen, where, on our visit, everyone was hard at work, chopping, sizzling and stirring.
