was opened in 1988 by Laura "Lou" Gillespie. She satisfied two of the great loves of her life by opening a restaurant downstairs and a blues club upstairs. In 1998 the restaurant was sold to Don Tarantino and the Meyers family, who retained Lou as a consultant and friend.
