Housed in a former grand hostel on Kongens Nytorv, marking the Kongens Nytorv entrance to stroget, and with over a 100 years of history on its back, Magasin du Nord is the grand old dame of shopping in Copenhagen. Although not as exclusive as it used to be, it is still the premier department store in the city.
