Makhdoom Sahib is one of the most sacred shrines in Kashmir, Makhdoom Sahib Shrine is located on the southern side of Hari Parbat Hill in Srinagar. It has double storied mosque, which is built in the name of the Sufi saint Makhdoom Sahib or Hazrat Sultan(RA), placed below the attractive Mughal Fort alias the Hari Parbat Fort, is a structure with many pillars and is a rare example of Mughal architectural style.

This mosque brings out the ancient culture and archaeological values of the Mughal period. Hazrat Sultan(RA) is believed to have divine spritual powers and many devotees visit this place irrespective of their religion.
