Malankara Reservoir is  One of the popular tourist attraction in Munnar. It is situated on the Thodupuzha , Moolavattom road this reservoir gives plenty of opportunities for boating and fishing.Malankara Reservoir is situated within 6 km on the way from Thodupuzha to Moolamattam road. It is a manmade lake which looks like a real lake.It is formed as a part of Muvattupuzha valley irrigation project. It is the best place to do boating and fishing.
