Matsuri is in many ways, a typically designed Japanese restaurant sushi bar that offers an airy and light dining experience complemented by modern and stylish décor. Service is formal, efficient and polite and the menu highlights some of the most delicious Japanese cuisine to be found in Bali. Matsuri is not the cheapest option for eating out in the Galleria yet portions are surprisingly large and there is good value lunchtime set meals. Enjoy a sushi appetizer, miso soup, steamed egg with shrimp and chicken with dessert. Other popular dishes include ginger fried pork and 12-piece tuna roll.
