"We like it when restaurants spruce up dishes and take them to another level, and ultimately spark my interest in a dish we might have seen hundreds of times. The palak paneer with the scrambled paneer on top was the highlight of the meal, and it could have been so much better if only for the lackluster paneer cubes.
