 Mission Chinese Food contains Italy  The dried-cod fried rice ($10) still rates as a favorite, even if Chinese sausage now overpowers the fish confit. And, the custard ($12) that once was warm is now served chilled, with more liquid than I remember, flavored with sea urchin, pearls of trout roe and a fine julienne of apple mounded on top.
