The MM Gerdau Museum of Mines and Metal was designed to highlight the remarkable relations between the history and the cultural expressons of the State of Minas Gerais, with the wealth of its mines and natural resources, and even to celebrate the identity of the State and its people. The MM Gerdau presents a process that translates the formation and the development of a region, reveling two of the main economic activity of Minas Gerais: mining and metallurgy.
